Job summary

Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) invites applications for an Organisation Excellence Manager to partner with senior management across URA on initiatives spanning corporate planning, governance, organisational transformation, and enterprise risk.

You will lead a portfolio of cross-functional projects, driving better processes, digitalisation and ESG progress while strengthening governance and strategic direction across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Tertiary education in Business Administration, Management, or related disciplines.
• 2–5 years of experience in corporate or strategic planning, governance or related fields.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Excellent written communication and analytical thinking.
• Self-starter with a drive to influence change.

Responsibilities

• Drive URA's corporate planning process and align organisation-wide priorities.
• Analyse developments and coordinate cross-cutting issues with government bodies.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through digitalisation and AI.
• Strengthen governance frameworks including ERM, BCM and incident management.
• Support ESG roadmap and board governance activities.
