Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline.
• Experience in business continuity, operational resilience, crisis management, emergency planning, or related field.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination across departments and external partners.
• Adaptable and composed in dynamic, time-sensitive environments with sound judgement.
• Strong planning, organisational, analytical, and time-management skills.
• Demonstrated discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Support backend operational planning and coordination as custodian and secretary for key operational meeting platforms; coordinate inputs across departments to identify risks and interdependencies and facilitate timely resolution of issues.
• Plan, coordinate, and conduct resilience exercises; oversee training and preparedness programme; maintain regular training cadence.
• When crises occur, act as part of the core Crisis Secretariat; coordinate timely information exchange, consolidate situational updates, monitor mitigations, and escalate critical updates as required.
• Be available for ad hoc activation for crisis operations.
• Prepare management reports for Sentosa Development Corporation Board and IOH department updates; perform other tasks as assigned by the Reporting Officer.
