Job summary

Standard Chartered Singapore is seeking a seasoned Change Manager to drive awareness, engagement and adoption of Group Resilience capabilities across the Bank. The role reports to the Head of Strategy, Governance & Change and will translate complex resilience concepts into practical, business-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in organisational change management, communications, stakeholder engagement or transformation delivery.
• Experience delivering change and communication activities across large and complex organisations.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Experience supporting regulatory, risk, operational resilience or transformation initiatives would be advantageous.
• Experience developing communications, training materials and stakeholder engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Group Resilience engagement and change strategy to increase awareness, understanding and adoption of resilience capabilities across the Bank.
• Translate Group Resilience priorities into practical change and communication outcomes.
• Develop annual engagement, communications and capability-building roadmaps aligned to Group Resilience priorities.
• Advise programme and initiative leads on change impacts, stakeholder management and adoption strategies.
• Lead awareness campaigns, engagement events, townhalls, roadshows and targeted outreach activities.
• Create compelling content including presentations, newsletters, training materials, videos, intranet content and leadership messaging.
• Provide change management support and advisory services to Group Resilience programmes and strategic initiatives.
