Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd seeks an experienced BCM professional to lead the design, implementation and oversight of its Regional Operational Resilience and BCM framework for Asia & Oceania. In this sole‑contributor role, you will ensure alignment with group policies and regulatory requirements while cultivating a culture of resilience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in BCM or Operational Resilience within financial services.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing BCM frameworks, crisis management protocols, and testing programmes.
• Ability to operate independently in a regional role.
• Experience engaging with regulators and supporting internal/external audits.
• Strong policy design, regulatory interpretation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured, methodical, and audit-defensible approach.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and balance group standards with local nuances.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain regional Operational Resilience Principles and BCM framework.
• Ensure alignment with MAS, SFC, and other regional regulatory expectations.
• Design and oversee BCM governance structures, committees, and reporting standards.
• Set region-wide standards for BIA, BCPs, and Crisis Management protocols.
• Direct and oversee local entities in developing and maintaining actionable BCPs.
• Design and deliver an annual regional BCM testing and exercise programme.
• Act as the regional subject-matter expert for regulatory engagements, inspections, and audits.
• Provide guidance, training, and advisory support to senior management and local BCM coordinators.
