Job summary

GMP Recruitment Services (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a senior information security and resilience leader to drive governance, monitoring, and continuous improvement across BCM, DR and crisis management programs.

You will collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to strengthen operational resilience, governance, and organizational readiness, while guiding a team to deliver KPI-driven performance and resource planning.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Information Security Coordination, BCM, DR, Crisis Management or Operational Resilience in financial services.
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT/CS or related field; CBCM/CBCI/CBCP preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Information Security, MAS regulations, BCM, BIA, DR and regulatory compliance.
• Proven leadership, people management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead Information Security coordination and ensure regulatory compliance including security awareness, policy compliance and governance.
• Monitor security controls, security risks, regulatory changes, and drive remediation and continuous improvement.
• Lead BCM, BCP, DR and Crisis Management programmes.
