Job summary

PwC Singapore is seeking an Associate in Risk Services to advise clients on building resilience and sustaining operations. You will work in teams to embed measures that prevent, respond to, recover from, and learn from disruptions, focusing on critical services, third parties, technology, data and people.

You will develop and deliver resilience policies, review BCM programmes, and contribute to incident response planning and crisis management exercises, while coaching peers and growing

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• 0-2 years of experience in resilience, BCM, disaster recovery, technology risk, or regulatory compliance
• Understanding of local and international BCM standards

Responsibilities

• Help clients develop and implement resilience policies, frameworks and standards
• Deliver resilience and BCM reviews, including business continuity and disaster recovery
• Develop and uplift end-to-end BCM programmes from risk assessment to policy development
• Develop crisis management structure, protocols and playbooks
• Support or lead project workstreams and coach teammates
• Support or lead business continuity and crisis management exercises
