Citco is seeking a Vice President, Operating Model, Product & Client Solutions to lead end-to-end operating model and product change from problem framing to deployment and adoption. You will document current state, quantify benefits, and write business requirements in collaboration with IT, Transformation Office and key focus areas.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years’ experience in private assets accounting or operations.
• Hands-on experience of process improvement, system implementation or project delivery.
• Strong technical knowledge of private assets processes — GL, capital activity, fee and waterfall calculations, financial statements and investor reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interrogate data and evidence a recommendation.
• Confident in front of a client and able to explain operational constraints clearly.
• PM skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics; professional designation preferred.

Aufgaben

• Document current end-to-end processes and design the target state.
• Build the case for change with quantified effort, risk and benefit.
• Write and agree business requirements and support delivery.
• Design, plan and execute testing including UAT and defect resolution.
• Translate client requirements into an operational design for build and run.
• Support client onboarding, new setups and complex transitions on accounting platforms.
• Work with Operations to ensure change is understood and adopted.
• Document the case for redesign and wider applicability.
• Produce project documentation and status reporting.
