Job summary

The Citco Group Limited in Singapore seeks an ambitious Assistant Vice President to drive operating model and product change within Client Solutions. You will own analysis, testing, and implementation tasks across private assets operations and accounting platforms.

You will map current processes, design improved workflows, and prepare documentation for IT and Transformation Office. Strong Excel skills and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in private assets accounting or operations.
• Solid knowledge of private assets processes: general ledger, capital activity, fee calculations, investor reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics; professional designation an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Map current state processes and gather data to identify friction and costs.
• Design target state processes, controls and handoffs.
• Draft business requirements and coordinate with IT and Transformation Office.
• Build and execute test scripts, run UAT, track defects to resolution.
• Document client-specific requirements and evidence differences from the standard model.
• Prepare materials for client pitches, POCs and solution design.
• Support onboarding and transitions on accounting platforms.
• Maintain project documentation and status reporting.
