The Citco Group Limited in Singapore seeks a Senior Vice President to lead end-to-end operating model and product redesign for Private Assets services. You will drive跨-region transformations, align with Client Services, Product, and Integration teams, and ensure scalable solutions.

You will mentor teams, report progress and benefits realization to senior leaders, and work across Data/Platform enablement and AI focus areas to deliver outcomes that stick.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years in private assets in fund administration or a related environment.
• Proven delivery of operating model redesign, process re-engineering or transformation initiatives in financial services.
• Ability to see a whole service end to end and design for scale across jurisdictions.
• Strong client relationships with credibility in front of clients.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end operating model and product redesign for Private Assets services.
• Define scope, business case and delivery plan from pain points.
• Develop target operating model including roles, handoffs and controls.
• Drive best-practice standards across regions for consistency and efficiency.
• Act as Operations voice in client pitches, POCs and solution design.
• Lead complex client transitions and implementations from an Operations standpoint.
