Sierra is building a platform to empower enterprises to deliver human-centered AI experiences. We seek a Strategy & Operations partner for APAC who will align cross-functional teams, optimize resource deployment, and help scale our AI agent programs for global customers.

You will translate data into strategic actions, drive executive-level decisions, and collaborate with product, Eng, and sales teams to accelerate growth. This role is central to our growth in Asia and beyond.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting or strategy & operations at top-tier tech firms.
• Strong analytical rigor with large datasets and executive-ready insights.
• Experience supporting multi-disciplinary teams as trusted strategy & operations adviser.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; can simplify complexity for executives.
• Comfort with ambiguity, fast-changing environments, and independent problem solving.
• Commercial instinct with understanding of how enterprise tech products are landed, deployed and expanded.
• Proficiency using AI tools to deliver faster and smarter work.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Strategy and Operations partner to support APAC-focused agent development for customers across regions.
• Assist planning and trade-offs to optimise weekly deployment of resources across customers, builds, and countries.
• Help define and scale playbooks for designing, evaluating, and launching AI agents at large enterprises.
• Collaborate with account leads to identify whitespace, prioritise expansion, and build repeatable revenue motions.
• Translate complex data into executive-ready recommendations that drive high-leverage decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives spanning Strategy, Product, Eng, Legal and Ops.
• Build internal tooling with AI-native tools to automate workflows and create operational leverage.
