Job description

At Sierra, we’re building a platform to enable every company in the world to build better, more human customer experiences with AI. We partner with industry leaders such SoftBank, Uber, Rivian, CLEAR, and Sutter Health. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.

We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and Family. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.

Our co-founders are Bret Taylor and Clay Bavor. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.

What you'll do:
  • Serve as the Strategy and Operations partner to support the part of our business focused on world class Agent Development for and with our Customers across the APAC region
  • Assist our Agent Development team with the planning, organisation and trade offs required to optimise the weekly deployment of multi disciplinary resources across different customers, agent builds and countries, including the timely and accurate maintenance of key systems that provide transparency and help the business make better decisions
  • Help define and scale the playbook for how Sierra designs, builds, evaluates, launches AI agents at large enterprises, including some of the less obvious areas needed to attend to the needs of these customers in each stage of this process
  • Work closely with Agent Strategist account leads to identify whitespace, prioritize expansion opportunities, and build repeatable motions that convert post-sale momentum into durable revenue growth.
  • Turn insight into action: Analyze complex datasets and translate findings across all aspects of the Agent Development organisation into clear, executive-ready recommendations that drive high leverage decisions and operationalize best practices
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives that span Strategy, Product, Eng, Legal and Ops teams including partnerships relevant to Agent Development - driving alignment, timelines, and accountability
  • Build internal tooling with AI: Leverage AI-native tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex to build lightweight internal systems, automate workflows, and create other operational leverage across Agent Development.
What you'll bring:
  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, or strategy and operations at top-tier technology companies.
  • Strong analytical rigor with the ability to work with large datasets and translate analysis into executive-ready insights and clear business actions.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting multi-disciplinary operational teams as a trusted strategy and operations adviser.
  • High standard of written work and the development and delivery of succinct executive communications - a master at making the complex simple.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and fast-changing environments, with the ability to independently structure complex problems and drive them to resolution.
  • Commercial instinct and business judgment, with a clear understanding of how enterprise technology products are landed, deployed, and expanded.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
  • A growth mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves. No task is too small if it helps the team win.
  • Proficiency finding and using the best AI tools available to deliver your work faster and smarter allowing you to provide leveraged impact.
Our values
  • Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
  • Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
  • Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
  • Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
  • Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
