Job summary

SCITIX (SGP) TECH PTE. LTD. is seeking a sharp, data-driven Business Operations Analyst to support the CEO and leadership team in driving operational efficiency, strategic initiatives, and business performance.

This exciting role sits at the intersection of data, operations, and strategy. You will build dashboards, identify bottlenecks, automate workflows, and support market research and feasibility analyses while coordinating cross-functional projects for timely execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field (Project Management, Business, Engineering, or equivalent).
• Proficiency in Python, VBA, SQL, and BI tools (Power BI / Tableau).
• Hands-on experience in operations or data analytics roles.
• Experience building automation tools or AI-powered workflows.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (a plus for cross-region coordination).

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and management team to drive operational planning, shape business strategy, and monitor business performance
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making across the organisation
• Identify operational bottlenecks and lead process improvement initiatives end-to-end
• Automate routine workflows and reporting to improve team productivity
• Support business expansion planning, including market research, competitor benchmarking, and feasibility analysis
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely execution of key initiatives
• Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders
