You will interrogate data, size opportunities, and monitor regulatory developments to recommend actionable strategies.

You will work in cross-functional teams on acquisition and retention initiatives, ensure readiness for new features, and maintain accurate operational documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, analytics or a related discipline.
• Experience in a role that required real problem solving and analysis.
• Comfortable presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior ones.
• Experience in ride-hailing, transport, or logistics is a plus.
• Familiarity with Singapore’s ride-hailing and point-to-point transport industry is a plus.

• Own business problems from definition through to implementation, structuring the analysis and testing your hypothesis along the way.
• Interrogate data to surface trends, size opportunities, and translate insights into initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Track regulatory landscape and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Build the analytical case behind decisions: sizing, unit economics, scenarios, and post-implementation review.
• Develop industry knowledge to refine value propositions and strategies.
• Lead acquisition and retention initiatives with hypothesis, design, measurement, and iteration.
• Work in cross-functional teams to deliver projects from ideation through implementation, influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Run day-to-day operations across onboarding, support and compliance to high standards of efficiency.
• Ensure readiness for new features and regulatory programmes with supporting documentation.
• Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
