Job summary

OJJ Foods Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Demand Planner to ensure smooth production scheduling, order fulfilment and inventory management. You will analyse trends, provide insights and generate accurate performance reports to maximise productivity.

Responsibilities include forecasting, inventory management, resource allocation and continuous improvement in collaboration with cross-functional teams. A strong emphasis on quality assurance, safety, and regulatory compliance is required.

Qualifications

• Tertiary education in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Technology/Engineering or related field
• Relevant knowledge/experience in meat processing operations and food safety regulations advantageous
• Proficient in production planning using software and ERP system

Responsibilities

• Forecasting & Planning: Analyse historical data and market trends to predict demand and adjust production plans
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and ensure timely procurement to avoid shortages or excess
• Resource Allocation: Optimise manpower, equipment and materials for productivity and cost efficiency
• Continuous Improvement: Review SOPs with production team to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
• Reporting: Compile and present production-related reports (quality, consistency, standards)
• Workplace Safety & Health: Ensure safety and hygiene standards per regulatory requirements
• Quality Assurance/Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes and investigate issues
• Collaboration: Coordinate production activities with other departments to address concerns
