Job summary

You will analyse trends, provide insights, and generate accurate performance reports to maximise productivity and yield. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with ERP systems, and the ability to collaborate across production, logistics, and quality teams in a high-volume food environment.

Qualifications

• Tertiary education in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Experience with meat processing operations and food safety regulations is advantageous.
• Proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting and planning: predict demand and adjust production plans.
• Inventory management: monitor stock levels and procurement.
• Resource allocation: optimize manpower, equipment and materials.
• Continuous improvement: review SOPs and drive efficiency.
• Reporting: prepare performance reports on production and quality.
• Workplace safety and hygiene: ensure regulatory compliance.
• Quality control: maintain quality standards and resolve issues.
• Collaboration: coordinate with departments to align production.
