SUPERSTAPLE PTE. LTD. is seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Operating Officer to translate strategy into execution across restaurant operations, procurement, and controls.

You will lead day-to-day operations, oversee planning and budgeting, and drive growth through scalable processes and people development.

This role demands strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration and a practical approach to implementation in a growing food and beverage business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in operations or business management with team leadership.
• Experience in food & beverage, hospitality, retail or service business.
• Sound budgeting, cost control, procurement and performance reporting.
• Ability to develop operating procedures and coordinate across functions.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Practical implementation approach and ability to manage priorities in growth.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day restaurant and business operations, maintaining consistent food quality, service standards and customer experience.
• Develop and implement operating plans, budgets and performance targets in coordination with company leadership.
• Review revenue, costs and profitability, and drive improvements in productivity, cost control and resource use.
• Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, training and performance management in collaboration with relevant managers.
• Build accountable teams and coordinate across operations, kitchen, service and business support functions.
• Establish and maintain standard operating procedures, internal controls and management reporting.
• Oversee procurement, supplier coordination and inventory management to support reliable, cost-effective operations.
• Oversee compliance with applicable food safety, workplace safety and employment requirements.
• Improve operating workflows and business systems to support consistent execution and scalable growth.
• Coordinate operational readiness for new outlets, marketing activities and other business initiatives.
• Support company leadership in business planning, resource allocation and evaluation of growth opportunities.
• Report business performance, operational risks and recommended actions to company leadership.
