IAMSTILLHUNGRY PTE. LTD. is seeking a CEO to lead the company’s strategic direction, drive growth and oversee all F&B operations, including central kitchens and multiple outlets.

The role focuses on profitability, market positioning and building a high-performing management team to deliver on the company’s long-term goals. The successful candidate will shape strategy, strengthen market presence and ensure operational excellence across the organization, while aligning with regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Hospitality, Food & Beverage or related field.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking experience in a fast-paced F&B environment.
• Proven ability in revenue growth, profitability management and cost optimization.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement short- and long-term strategies to drive growth, revenue and profitability.
• Identify opportunities, including new outlets, brands, franchising and partnerships.
• Oversee F&B operations across restaurants and central kitchens with emphasis on quality and efficiency.
• Establish SOPs to improve productivity and service delivery while controlling costs.
• Lead financial planning, budgets, forecasts and cash flow management.
• Manage multi-outlet operations, expansion and new business development.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Singapore laws, SFA, MOM and safety standards.
