Job summary

ding feng information services pte. ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to drive growth in its fast-food business. You will shape strategies, manage budgets and oversee store performance across outlets, ensuring consistent food quality and customer service.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in F&B with senior ops experience, strong budgeting, and food-safety know-how. You will lead teams, negotiate with suppliers, and coordinate weekend coverage while upholding regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• 5+ years in food and beverage industry with 3+ in senior ops leadership.
• Experience in fast-food or quick-service restaurant operations.
• Proficient budgeting, P&L, cost control, and procurement.
• Knowledge of Singapore food safety and regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership with ability to build standards and drive performance.
• Strong commercial judgement, negotiation, and problem solving.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments, including weekends/public holidays.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies, budgets and plans.
• Oversee fast-food operations ensuring quality, service and brand standards.
• Monitor sales, expenses, food costs and profitability; take corrective actions.
• Establish and review SOPs for food prep, inventory, purchasing and outlet mgmt.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate terms.
• Oversee recruitment, manpower planning and staff development.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, food safety, workplace safety and employment laws.
• Lead marketing initiatives to strengthen brand awareness.
• Evaluate expansion opportunities and delivery channels.
• Report performance to shareholders and implement decisions.
