Job summary

AISEARCH PTE. LTD. is seeking a procurement professional to source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable prices and terms for Singapore operations.

You will collaborate with Production, Sales, and Finance to align demand forecasts, manage inventory, process POs/DOs, and ensure compliance with quality standards. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems such as SAP is required, with strong negotiation and cross-functional communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of purchasing/procurement experience, preferably in food manufacturing, FMCG or perishable goods.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SAP/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating with local and overseas suppliers for best prices and terms.
• Production and demand planning in collaboration with Sales and Production teams.
• Inventory control with warehouse and logistics teams to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Quality and safety compliance to ensure materials meet HACCP/ISO guidelines.
• Order processing, three-way matching of POs, DOs, and invoices.
• Reporting on spend, outstanding orders, and supplier performance.
