Job summary

SMRT Corporation Ltd is seeking a Senior Manager, Operations & Maintenance Contract Management to lead the governance, procurement and lifecycle management of O&M contracts, including LTSS with LTA and other agencies. You will drive governance, ensure compliance, optimise commercial outcomes and lead cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable maintenance services.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business, Project Management, Procurement or other relevant discipline.
• 8–10 years of contract management, procurement, commercial management, project delivery or maintenance operations.
• 3–5 years in leadership or managerial capacity.
• Experience with large-scale infrastructure, transportation, rail, engineering, facilities management or public-sector contracts.
• Strong understanding of Singapore government procurement practices and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the O&M contract management strategy.
• Oversee LTSS, O&M and common maintenance service agreements.
• Advise senior management on contractual, commercial and procurement matters.
• Ensure contractual arrangements support objectives and long-term sustainability.
• Establish contract management frameworks, standards and best practices.
• Oversee lifecycle management of O&M-related contracts: drafting, negotiation, execution, performance monitoring, variations, renewals, close-out.
• Review tender strategies, evaluation methodologies and award submissions.
• Drive value-for-money outcomes with transparency and fairness.
