Job summary

SMRT Trains Ltd in Singapore seeks a Contracts Management Senior/Executive to draft, review and manage contracts in line with our requirements. You will consolidate technical contracts across Lines, monitor performance and ensure compliance with SMRT Trains’ policies.

Qualifications

Degree in Science, Engineering, Finance, Business Management or related fields; 2+ years relevant experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong communication and presentation skills; able to collaborate with stakeholders.
Familiar with Legal terms.
Capable of handling confidential information professionally.
Team player and self-initiated.
Meticulous and diligent.

Responsibilities

Consolidate technical contracts; create, prepare, review and edit contracts.
Monitor contract validity and performance; prompt renewal actions.
Review terms and conditions; ensure Standard Agreement Form is applied; seek legal advice if needed.
Ensure compliance to SMRT Trains’ Policies and Procedures in contract execution.
Perform any other tasks assigned.
