Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Fund Accounting NAV Specialist in Singapore to review NAV calculations and ensure accuracy against accounting standards. You will work closely with fund accountants and internal stakeholders to deliver timely NAV and meet KPIs.

The role requires a degree in Finance/Accounting and at least 3 years of NAV or fund accounting experience, with knowledge of the Multifonds system considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years in Fund Accounting, Securities Services or NAV operations.
• Strong accounting knowledge and NAV calculation understanding.
• Experience with Multifonds accounting system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review NAV calculations daily, weekly and monthly for accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with fund accountants and stakeholders to ensure timely NAV delivery and KPI achievement.
• Monitor operations performance, prepare KPI reports and maintain fund accounting records.
• Ensure adherence to procedures, controls and risk management requirements.
• Identify and report NAV discrepancies and incidents promptly.
• Liaise with clients, auditors and internal teams to resolve fund administration queries.
