Job summary

Ogier Global Singapore seeks a Fund Accountant in Investor Services to support NAV calculations and investor workflows within a dynamic fund administration team. You will be involved in private equity, real estate, and venture capital funds, delivering accurate NAVs and timely investor communications.

The role requires 2–3 years’ fund accounting experience, a Bachelor’s degree with accounting qualifications, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in Fund accounting/administration focusing on closed ended Private Equity, Real Estate and Venture Capital.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting/finance and an accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA or equivalent).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of compliance and anti-money laundering regulations.

Responsibilities

• NAV calculation of the Fund and other performance metrics for Manager's review.
• Coordinate investor servicing activities: onboarding, capital calls, distributions, carried interest, and investor statements.
• Processing of bank payments and reconciliation of payment logs.
• Coordinate the year end audit and liaise with auditors; involve in drafting year-end financial statements under IFRS or US GAAP.
• Production and circulation of invoices, fee collection and chasing debtors.
• Maintain data integrity and leverage systems to drive efficiency and client service.
• Pro-actively take on additional responsibilities and admin tasks as required.
