Job summary

RHB Bank Berhad (Singapore) is seeking a motivated mortgage sales professional to drive the bank’s asset and liability growth through retail mortgage products. You will acquire new local mortgage business via branch network, tele-consulting and referrals, while building strong relationships with real estate agents, developers, solicitors and your own network.

The role demands target-driven, customer-focused advisory with rigorous documentation and compliance to internal policies and regulatory

• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Experience in mortgage sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new local mortgage through different channels or referrals.
• Utilise branch network, tele-consulting and referrals to meet sales targets.
• Build lasting relationships with real estate agencies, developers, solicitors and personal network for referrals.
• Participate in sales and marketing activities organised by the bank or partners.
• Provide sound mortgage advisory with high standards of service.
• Cross-sell opportunities and source high net worth clients for onboarding.
• Ensure diligent advisory procedures and meticulous documentation in compliance with policies.
