Job summary

CIMB Singapore is seeking an experienced Mortgage Product Manager to lead end-to-end product lifecycle for Singapore mortgages and overseas property financing. You will develop growth strategies, analyse market trends, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and external partners to design compelling propositions.

The role focuses on retention, pricing, lifecycle management, and performance analytics to drive growth, profitability and customer loyalty within a dynamic financial landscape.

Qualifications

• Degree required.
• At least 6 to 8 years of mortgage product management experience.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage business and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategies for Singapore mortgages and Overseas Property Financing portfolios.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept development to launch and optimisation.
• Design mortgage propositions and targeted acquisition campaigns with Sales, Marketing, and external partners.
• Drive digitalisation and process improvement to enhance customer journeys and turnaround times.
• Monitor portfolio performance metrics and provide insights for growth and profitability.
