• Acquire new local mortgage through various channels.
• Utilise branch network, tele-consulting and referrals to meet sales targets.
• Build relationships with real estate agents, developers and solicitors to generate mortgage referrals.
• Participate in sales and marketing activities to develop business and foster relationships.
• Provide sound mortgage advisory with high service standards before and after sales.
• Cross-sell opportunities and source high-net-worth clients for onboarding.
• Ensure proper advisory procedures and meticulous documentation in compliance with policies.
• Implement other tasks as assigned by management.
