Job summary

Rio Tinto Marketing Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Specialist - Metal Management & S&OP to support planning, execution and delivery of primary aluminium products.

You will optimize value across four aluminium smelters in ANZ, manage high complexity, and coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Customer Service and Casthouse teams. Qualifications

• Ter tiary qualifications in business, finance, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in supply chain scheduling, logistics and/or inventory management.
• Strong detail orientation and accuracy.
• Experience presenting throughout the S&OP cycle for demand and supply planning.
• Ability to analyse data and present financially grounded options quickly.

Responsibilities

• Interface between Commercial and Operations for strategic and tactical planning horizons.
• Determine optimised demand allocation to system capacity and present insights in monthly S&OP.
• Identify value creation opportunities and align with stakeholders.
• Lead weekly execution meetings with logistics, operations and customer services.
• Own finished goods inventory targets and forecast across the strategic range.
