Job summary

Aluminium Offshore Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced procurement professional to lead sourcing of equipment, materials, and services in alignment with project specifications.

The role coordinates across suppliers and internal teams to ensure compliance with client requirements and optimal pricing. You will source new suppliers, monitor vendor performance, and maintain essential contract terms while driving continuous improvement in procurement and logistics processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement/supply chain roles.
• Strong negotiation skills and leadership capabilities.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and enforcing contracts and terms.
• Ability to set objectives, assign tasks, and guide teams.
• Experience purchasing engineering or machinery parts is advantageous.
• Knowledge of contract invoicing and vendor terms.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of equipment, materials, and services meeting project specifications.
• Coordinate between suppliers and internal teams to ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Source, select, and negotiate best purchase terms with suppliers/subcontractors locally and overseas.
• Source new suppliers, monitor vendor performance and maintain vendor database.
• Advise on sourcing strategies and process improvements to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage supply chain data for top management decisions.
• Evaluate technical data and coordinate with vendors to meet specifications and pricing.
• Resolve transportation, logistics, and customer-related issues.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities within outbound and inbound logistics.
• Oversee Procurement team and prepare monthly procurement reports.
