• Create and maintain inventory schedule of key materials (local and overseas).
• Organize and schedule deliveries with production and logistics to keep production flowing.
• Search available products for best quality, price, and delivery.
• Monitor supplier performance including defective goods and timeliness.
• Collaborate with QA on supplier audits.
• Shortlist new suppliers with recommendations.
• Handle customer complaints involving material purchases.
• Maintain ISO and FSC documents with accuracy.
• Ensure all materials comply with company standards.
• Keep detailed records and prepare necessary reports.
• Maintain daily day-to-day purchase operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, plan, coordinate, determine and arrange material and products manufacturing tasks and schedules according to customer orders.
• Propose purchasing strategies and identify buying trends to minimize cost.
• Create and maintain an inventory schedule of key materials (local and overseas)
• Organize and schedule deliveries with production and logistic, keep production flowing smoothly with the needed materials.
• Search available products to find the best combination of quality, price, and delivery.
• Monitor supplier’s performance including defective goods.
• Corrective improvement monitoring
• On time delivery vs late delivery
• Work with QA dept on supplier audits
• Shortlist new potential supplier with recommendation comparison
• Handling customer complaints involving material purchase from supplier
• Maintaining all relevant ISO and FSC documents with accuracy.
• Ensure all materials purchased are compliant to company standards.
• Keep detailed records and prepare and submit necessary reports.
• Maintain daily day to day purchase operations
