Job summary

You will develop strategic plans and budgets, manage the Rewards and Loyalty Programme, deliver market insights, and drive data-driven initiatives with CRM segmentation. This on-site, 5-day role offers opportunities to influence growth across channels.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in marketing, preferably in F&B.
• Strong leadership, people and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience with Rewards or Loyalty programmes.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and data-interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data analytics tools.
• On-site role with 5-day week, 9am–6pm.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee marketing, branding, advertising, campaigns, events, and promotions.
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans and budgets.
• Manage and enhance the Rewards and Loyalty Programme.
• Deliver market insights through research, trend analysis, and forecasting.
• Establish, manage, and improve marketing performance measurement and ROI.
• Drive data-led marketing initiatives, including CRM-based segmentation and personalised promotions.
• Monitor sales and marketing effectiveness through data analysis and dashboards.
• Maintain strong internal stakeholder communication and field visits to stay informed of consumer behaviour and market trends.
