You will oversee media relations, digital content, and campaign performance while coordinating with departments and reporting to senior leadership. The role requires a Japanese-fluent manager with experience in the F&B sector, strong analytics, and cross-functional leadership to steer strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or business administration.
• Fluency in spoken and written Japanese to facilitate reporting and communication with senior leadership.
• Experience in managerial roles within the F&B industry, demonstrating leadership and project management skills.
• Proficiency in digital analytics tools to measure and optimize marketing campaigns.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead teams and engage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and launch multi-channel marketing plans to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Manage media relations by writing press releases and serving as the primary contact for public inquiries.
• Maintain consistent brand identity, visual standards, and tone across digital and print channels.
• Oversee website content, social media, email newsletters, and digital advertising to engage target audiences.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics using data tools to optimize marketing effectiveness.
• Manage the departmental budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Develop strategic growth plans and set measurable goals to achieve business targets.
• Collaborate with other departments and lead projects to support company objectives.
• Prepare and present performance reports in Japanese to the CEO and GM from Japan, with actionable recommendations.
