Job summary

Singtel is seeking a Manager of Growth Marketing in Singapore to drive growth through hands-on integrated marketing campaigns. The role requires 3+ years in growth or integrated marketing, a degree in Marketing or related field, and a strong commercial mindset to convert data into action.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business or Communications or related discipline.
• 3+ years in growth/ integrated marketing or related roles.
• Experience translating insights into marketing plans and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated marketing campaigns from strategy and planning through to execution, optimisation and post-campaign evaluation.
• Develop communications across paid, owned and earned channels to drive awareness, acquisition and conversion.
• Identify opportunities with new customer segments, channels and partnerships.
• Translate business priorities into marketing strategies with clear customer and commercial outcomes.
• Collaborate with product, sales and eCommerce to bring initiatives to market.
• Track campaign performance and translate results into actionable recommendations.
• Manage agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
