Job summary

Innergy Consulting Pte. is seeking an experienced Senior Purchaser for an international maritime client in Singapore. You will manage end-to-end procurement of spare parts, stores and services for multiple vessels, coordinating with Technical Superintendents and logistics teams.

The role requires at least 5 years in marine purchasing, strong supplier negotiation and vendor management skills, and familiarity with maritime procurement processes and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in maritime studies, supply chain management, procurement, engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of marine purchasing/procurement experience.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of spare parts, stores, consumables and services for assigned vessels.
• Source and evaluate quotations based on price, quality, availability and delivery requirements.
• Negotiate with suppliers and issue purchase orders.
• Monitor outstanding orders and ensure timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with Technical Superintendents, vessels, suppliers and logistics providers.
• Maintain procurement records and support cost-control requirements.
