Job summary

Radio Holland Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned business development professional with a strong track record in marine/offshore markets. You will identify new opportunities, grow existing accounts, and craft tailored proposals to drive revenue and client satisfaction.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions, negotiate terms, and analyze market trends. Travel locally and abroad as required to support growth initiatives and attend industry events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably within marine/offshore industry).
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and strategic prospecting.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales support, technical, and operations) to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms in alignment with company policies.
• Track, analyze, and report on market trends, competitor activities, and business performance metrics.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings to promote the company’s products and services.
• Contribute to the development of marketing strategies, pricing models, and business growth plans.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales and profitability targets
