Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist (1 year contract) with hands-on procurement experience for direct and indirect materials in a US MNC context. The role focuses on vendor management, supplier partnerships, and end-to-end procurement activities across local and overseas vendors.

The incumbent will manage purchasing processes, monitor inventory, analyze data for improvements, and coordinate logistics to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on procurement/buying experience, not solely supplier relationship management.

Responsabilités

• Purchasing: manage quotation, process POs and requisitions for materials, supplies and equipment.
• Inventory management: monitor levels for timely replenishment and avoid stockouts.
• Data analysis and reporting: analyze purchasing data and generate reports to support decision-making.
• Logistics coordination: track and expedite orders and resolve PO/shipping issues.
• Quality assurance: ensure purchased products meet quality standards and participate in audits.
