Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage material requirements, purchase orders, and supplier relations to support production.

You will monitor inventory, optimize stock levels, and ensure SAP data accuracy while upholding quality standards and ERP/MRP processes. The role requires 5–8 years in purchasing, a relevant degree, and strong analytical and communication skills, with supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of purchasing or procurement experience in manufacturing.
• Hands-on SAP experience and understanding of ERP/MRP concepts.
• Strong knowledge of purchasing, inventory management, and supplier management.
• Good analytical, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Supervisory or people management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review material requirements and manage purchase orders to ensure timely material availability for production.
• Monitor inventory levels and minimize excess and obsolete stock.
• Manage supplier relationships, resolve supply issues, and improve supplier performance.
• Monitor and maintain procurement KPIs, SAP data accuracy, and purchasing workflows.
• Resolve supplier quality issues and support supplier audits.
• Coordinate purchasing specification changes, new product development, and product transfers.
• Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support the Supply Assurance Manager in departmental initiatives and process improvements.
