Job summary

sggovterp is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to drive adoption of Digital Utilities such as digital identity and document attestation, and to develop new utilities like Verifiable Credentials to enhance Singapore's digital economy.

You will conduct studies, engage stakeholders across public and private sectors, and collaborate with IMDA divisions and partners to align strategies for domestic and international interoperability.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in public policy making and/or product management in technology fields.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to navigate uncertainty in greenfield areas.
• Good understanding of enterprise tech needs, macro trends and public policy/administration.
• Outcome-driven mindset; adaptable and proactive in a fast, fluid environment; able to work independently.
• Excellent writing, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct domestic and international studies; analyse opportunities and develop strategies to drive adoption of digital identity and document attestation products.
• Engage private and public sector stakeholders to capture requirements for cross-border interoperability.
• Collaborate with IMDA divisions, government agencies and industry partners to align domestic/international strategy and go-to-market for adoption.
