Job summary

GovTech Singapore is seeking a seasoned cybersecurity leader to own and drive the assurance function across the organization’s digital identity and product portfolio. You will shape strategy, oversee security testing, architecture reviews, and threat modelling, and work closely with engineering, product, policy, and operations to reduce risk and improve security posture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cybersecurity with hands-on experience in penetration testing and risk assessment across multiple products/services.
• Proven track record leading cybersecurity assurance functions or teams end‑to‑end.
• Experience driving assurance programmes, governance, risk and compliance activities.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive assurance impact across the digital identity space within GovTech.
• Lead security testing engagements end-to-end across a multi‑product environment.
• Drive secure architecture reviews and threat modelling exercises with engineering and product teams.
• Define assurance metrics and steer activities to reduce risk across the product lifecycle.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to translate findings into remediation actions.
