Job summary

GovTech is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to drive adoption of Digital Utilities such as digital identity and document attestation, and to develop new solutions like Verifiable Credentials for Singapore enterprises in the digital economy.

You will conduct studies, engage multiple stakeholders across public and private sectors, and align domestic and international strategies for broad adoption and cross-border interoperability.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of working experience in public policy making and/or product management in technology related fields.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and communication abilities; comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• Understanding of enterprise needs, tech sector trends and public policy/ administration.
• Outcome-focused with strong writing, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct domestic and international studies, analyse opportunities and develop strategies to drive adoption and utilisation of digital identity and document attestation products.
• Engage stakeholders from private and public sectors to understand cross-border use cases and interoperability needs.
• Collaborate with IMDA divisions, government agencies and industry partners to align domestic/international strategy and GTM approaches.
