Job summary

IFME Works Pte Ltd is seeking a results-driven sales/BD professional in Singapore to drive opportunities in construction and engineering. You will manage client relations, coordinate with the engineering team, and oversee proposals and tender submissions from enquiry to project award.

The role requires strong English communication, a track record in M&E/construction sales, and the ability to work independently and with internal teams. On-site engagement with clients and sites is common.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in M&E/construction sales or BD.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems and tender processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently and with teams.
• Proficient in MS Office and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for construction and engineering projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and tender submissions.
• Coordinate with engineering team to provide suitable solutions.
• Manage full sales cycle from enquiry to project award.
• Attend client meetings and site visits when required.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and management updates.
• Ensure smooth project handover after contract award.
• Maintain excellent customer service throughout the project process.
• Perform other sales and BD duties as assigned.
