Job summary

Enggsol Pte Ltd is seeking an Mergers & Acquisitions Senior Manager to drive strategic growth through acquisition opportunities across IT, telecoms, and digital infrastructure. You will work with senior leadership to evaluate opportunities and lead the full M&A lifecycle.

The role requires strong financial modeling, transaction structuring, and experience across advisory, investment banking, or corporate development, with a track record in executing deals.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting experience.
• Big 4 Transaction Services or Corporate Development background highly desired.
• BSc/MSc in Finance, Business or related field; CFA/CPA strong advantages.
• Proven track record of successfully executing mergers and acquisitions.
• Understanding of telecom drivers, network infrastructure and digital services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential acquisition or merger opportunities within IT, tech and digital infrastructure.
• Evaluate strategic fit, market positioning and growth potential for M&A.
• Develop complex financial and risk analysis models including DCF and LBO.
• Develop and execute M&A strategies, deal structuring and negotiation terms.
• Coordinate with legal, finance and internal teams to complete due diligence.
• Manage post-merger integration and monitor performance of acquisitions.
• Report merger and acquisition activities to senior management and external advisors.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulations and company policies.
