Job summary

Kerry Consulting is seeking a seasoned M&A leader to drive growth across the region. You will identify, evaluate and execute acquisitions, investments and strategic partnerships, working closely with the CEO to manage end-to-end processes from screening to board approvals.

You will lead financial modelling, valuation and investment analysis, while coordinating with senior management, advisers and shareholders to ensure value creation and successful post-acquisition integration across digital

Qualifications

6–10 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development/ M&A or transaction advisory.
Strong transaction execution experience within digital infrastructure, connectivity and/or enterprise telecommunications.
Excellent financial modelling, valuation and investment analysis capabilities.
Confident working directly with senior management, shareholders, advisers and potential transaction counterparties.

Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate and execute acquisitions, investments, joint ventures and strategic partnerships.
Lead end-to-end transaction processes: market/target screening, modelling, valuation, structuring and due diligence.
Prepare investment papers for senior management, Board and shareholder approvals.
Coordinate internal stakeholders and external advisers; assess strategic and commercial rationale.
Support post-acquisition integration and value-creation initiatives.
