Job summary

ENGGSOL PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned M&A professional to identify opportunities in IT, tech, and digital infrastructure. You will evaluate fit, build complex financial models, and lead deal structuring and execution.

The role requires 5–8 years in corporate finance or related fields, with CFA/CPA preferred. You will coordinate across finance, legal, and external advisors to close transactions and drive post-merger integration.

Qualifications

5-8 years of corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting experience.
Background in Big 4 Transaction Services or Corporate Development is highly desirable.
Proven track record of successfully executing mergers and acquisitions.

Responsibilities

Identify potential acquisition or merger opportunities within the IT, tech, and digital infrastructure space.
Evaluate strategic fit, market positioning, and growth potential for mergers and acquisitions.
Develop complex financial and risk analysis models, including DCF and LBO frameworks to evaluate target companies.
Develop and execute M&A strategies, including deal structuring, negotiations terms and conditions, and transaction execution.
Coordinate with legal, finance, and other internal teams to complete due diligence and uncover potential hurdles.
Manage post-merger integration to ensure smooth transition and achievement of strategic objectives.
Monitor performance of acquired companies and implement improvements.
Communicate and report on M&A activities to senior management and external advisors.
Ensure all activities comply with legal regulations and company policies.
