REVUP CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is supporting a regional bank in Singapore to hire a Business Management Associate. The role centers on business planning, performance analysis, management reporting, and strategic initiatives within Corporate Banking.

You will engage with senior stakeholders, work with relationship managers and product teams, and contribute to key business priorities and initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline.
• 2+ years in business management/strategy/financial analysis in financial services.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support revenue growth strategies and key business priorities.
• Prepare management presentations and analyze financial performance and pipelines.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, and sales target-setting.
• Coordinate with relationship managers, product teams and stakeholders to improve product penetration.
• Manage initiatives and respond to ad-hoc reporting requirements.
