Job summary

The CAP Consulting Group Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an Assistant Manager for Corporate Business Planning to support CEO-level insights, evaluate M&A opportunities, and manage board-level reporting. You will interact with senior management across the Group and contribute to investment decisions and KPI tracking.

Role involves building financial models, preparing board materials, and coordinating end-to-end M&A processes, with a focus on accuracy and strategic impact.

Qualifications

• Has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Finance or similar from a recognized university.
• Around 6 to 9 years of total experience in M&A, business planning, strategy, FP&A, valuations, or financial due diligence.
• Open to management consultants with relevant M&A, business planning, strategy experience or in-house strategy/corporate planning in MNCs/large companies.
• Has good financial modelling skills and the ability to prepare board meeting deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Prepare board reporting analysis, including long-term cashflow projections and related analyses.
• Consolidate board reporting papers and manage reporting timelines.
• Prepare annual town hall materials and consolidate, and support ad-hoc projects to improve reporting accuracy.
• Build and assess financial models for transactions and coordinate end-to-end M&A processes.
