Job summary

THE CAP CONSULTING GROUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Corporate Business Planning professional with around 6 to 9 years of experience in M&A, business planning, strategy, FP&A, valuations or financial due diligence.

You will build financial models, support board reporting and CEO-office deliverables, and coordinate cross-functional analysis with senior management across the group. A hybrid setup with one day WFH per week is offered, plus a generous variable bonus.

Qualifications

• Around 6 to 9 years of total experience in M&A, business planning, strategy, FP&A, valuations or financial due diligence.
• Open to management/Big 4 M&A and valuation modelling consultants with relevant experience covering M&A, business planning, strategy work.
• Added experience preparing board meeting and CEO office deliverables is a plus (but not a must)
• Strong proficiency in English (verbal and written) and exceptional analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare board reporting analysis, including long-term cash flow projections and related analysis.
• Consolidate board reporting papers and prepare annual town hall materials.
• Execute ad-hoc projects to enhance reporting accuracy and management insights.
• Build and assess financial models and investment analyses for corporate and asset-level transactions.
• Coordinate end-to-end M&A processes and maintain investment documentation.
• Track periodic KPI reports and coordinate with group companies.
