Job summary

The Cap Consulting Group Pte Ltd invites applications for an Assistant Manager, Corporate Business Planning. The role supports CEO/Head of Corporate Business Planning in analyzing investments, M&A opportunities, KPI tracking and board reporting across the group.

You will liaise with senior management and drive planning rigor in a global corporate context. The ideal candidate has 6–8 years in M&A, business planning or FP&A, excellent Excel/PowerPoint skills, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Finance or similar specialization from a recognized university.
• Around 6 to 8 years of total experience in roles such as M&A, business planning, strategy, FP&A, valuations, or financial due diligence.
• Open to management consultants with relevant experience covering M&A, business planning, strategy; also open to in-house strategy/corporate planning experience with MNCs/large companies.
• Strong financial modelling skills.
• Added experience preparing board meetings and CEO office deliverables is a plus (but not a must).
• Strong English language proficiency (verbal and written).
• Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving abilities with cross‑checking data.

Responsibilities

• Board Reporting & CEO Office Deliverables: Prepare board reporting analyses, long‑term cash flow projections, consolidate papers, and support town hall materials.
• Investment and Business Planning: Build/assess financial models and investment analyses; coordinate end‑to‑end M&A; prepare asset data analyses.
• Periodic KPI Tracking: Coordinate KPI reports, suggest dashboard improvements, and support cross‑company data collection.
• Others: Track Business Continuity initiatives and provide ad‑hoc analysis and harmonization support to group companies.
