Job summary

Based in Singapore, Tiffany & Co. seeks a Client Development & Relations Manager to lead the market-wide client strategy for Singapore and Malaysia, empowering retail teams to build meaningful client relationships and maximize clienteling opportunities.

You will collaborate with Retail, CRM, Marketing, High Jewelry and regional leadership to ensure every interaction is purposeful and commercially impactful.

Qualifications

• Proven clienteling experience in luxury retail.
• Strong understanding of HNWI clientele in SEA.
• Fluent in English; additional languages beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the client development roadmap for Singapore and Malaysia.
• Partner with Store Directors and retail leadership teams to cultivate high-potential clients and accelerate sales growth.
• Champion clienteling tools, CRM capabilities, and Client 360 insights to enable personalized engagement.
• Identify opportunities to improve client acquisition, retention and engagement through activations and data-driven recommendations.
• Lead training and coaching to develop long-term client relationships and elevate clienteling excellence.
• Foster personalization and hospitality across the retail network and influence stakeholders with market insights.
