Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Client Development Executive to support the Client Development & Relations Manager in rolling out the client development strategy across Singapore and Malaysia. You will help drive clienteling adoption, enable retail teams, and track performance with data-driven insights.

Based in Singapore, you will work closely with Retail, CRM, Marketing, and local leadership to ensure decisions are data grounded. Fluency in English is essential, with additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail, client development or hospitality, with exposure to clienteling tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities across stakeholder levels.
• Cultural fluency across Singapore and Malaysia; English fluent; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support rollout of client development strategy across Singapore and Malaysia.
• Drive clienteling adoption and retail team enablement.
• Track performance and ROI for client development initiatives.
• Coordinate training sessions and serve as daily helpdesk for clienteling tools.
