Job summary

Tiffany & Co. seeks a Client Development Executive to drive clienteling adoption and enablement across Singapore and Malaysia. You will support data-driven decision making, stakeholder engagement, and training delivery to empower store teams and optimize client performance.

Based in Singapore, you will work with Retail, CRM, Marketing, High Jewelry, and local leadership to implement the market strategy while maintaining a strong client focus and cross-functional collaboration across LVMH brands.

Qualifications

Prior experience in luxury retail or client development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

Gather and organize market data and client insights to feed decision making.
Prepare stakeholder briefings to support management relationships with store teams, Marketing, and Operations.
Compile KPI tracking and performance reporting to demonstrate ROI to regional and global teams.
Document best practices across the market to build a reusable knowledge base for activations.
Coordinate training logistics and materials for sessions led by the Manager; support day-to-day clienteling tool questions.
Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to Client Development stakeholders in Singapore and Malaysia.
